Tasks

-Structural design of bridges design for both local and global projects being delivered from the team -Accountable for the quality (technical and presentation) of the deliverables that are prepared and submitted. -Mentoring the juniors. -Technical Leadership, Design Management and Project Management for projects and design packages -Accountable for Submission of the project deliveries to the scheduled timeframe.

What You Bring

-Communication skills–Oral, Written & Listening -Effective Liaising with remote teams in other offices -Problem solving Skills -Experience with bridge structures like Sea Bridges, Rail & Highway Viaducts, Flyovers, Interchanges, Tunnels -Project experience on software like Midas (key requirement), STAAD, Sofistiks, Lusas -Leadership Skill -ICE Membership -Design experience in prestressed concrete bridges, balanced cantilever bridges, steel bridges. Should be conversant with International Standards -Knowledge of International specifications/ codes along with Indian standards -Knowledge of Structural Designing of Bridges / understanding of Structural behavior. -Interpersonal skills
