Prepare and price tenders, coordinate suppliers, and hand over projects to surveyors.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Attending sites nationally to assist sales team with tender information, measures and -customers to ensure full and thorough tender is provided. -Liaise with internal colleagues to clarify technical information -Supporting the sales team with sales administration -Assessing tender packs and ensuring all relevant information is provided or query with -Develop on-going relationships with suppliers -Ensuring robust handover to Surveyors, highlighting risks and opportunities -Collating quotes for materials and labour from suppliers and sub-contractors -Timely submission of complete and thorough tenders -Provided marked up drawings with tender packs to allow clarity on allowances

What You Bring

-working experience in a similar role and ideally studied construction at college or university -Understanding of the contract management process -Experience in take-off software and developing tender proposals -A good level of commercial acumen. -Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce) would be beneficial. -A strong background in the construction industry, ideally with a minimum of 2 years -A high level of excel proficiency
