-Define and arrange project management, technical services, and resources to meet client objectives. -Procure and manage design teams and consultants, ensuring scope, fees, and variations are controlled. -Champion sustainability, digital innovation, and net zero carbon goals across all project stages. -Lead collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for successful delivery. -Oversee delivery from inception to completion, managing programme, milestones, and budgets. -Coordinate meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure accountability and progress. -Maintain project plans, risk strategies, and robust quality systems aligned with Service Excellence.
