Tasks

-Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections -Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite -Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly -Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site -Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience -Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish

What You Bring

-Ability to lift to 100 lbs., work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor -Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite -Willingness to comply with background checks and drug screening if required -High volume of consistent work year-round -Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation -A valid driver’s license -Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, siding, or experience in the home improvement industry (minimum 2 years preferred)
