Tasks

-Optimize client’s real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios. -You are passionate about providing exception service to your clients and you are able to do this through providing analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that can influence purchase decisions. -Assist in developing content and writing presentations and offering memoranda. -Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow.

What You Bring

-Commercial real estate experience is required -You excel in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy in terms of financial analysis. -Strong research skills and attention to details. -You have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment and are comfortable providing support in client presentations, responses to RFP’s and new business pitches. -Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area. -Action oriented and has ability to handle multiple deadlines and work with minimal direction and supervision. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with Argus modelling experience. -2-5 years' experience in real estate and/or capital markets. -Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis.
