HUD, Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, and EIV experience
Experience with MCR and REAC
4-year degree or (4+ years) commensurate experience in the Multi-Family industry in a supervisory role
CAM, CAPS and CPM (or willing to obtain) Certification
Regional Apartment Manager experience.
