Tasks

-Analyze marketing and technology trends affecting our verticals. -Develop solutions through a consulting sales process with our internal teams and clients. -Formulate and develop value propositions that ensure award-winning proposals. -Develop listings, contacts, and cold calling, along with Marketing to penetrate key market segments. -Maintain the pipeline by use of our CRM tool. -Negotiate, and close business that supports the organization's sales goals. -Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and alignment of our services. -Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, peers, and management. -Support trade shows and marketing activities that grow the sales pipeline.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree preferred. -10+ years’ experience in business development and sales roles supporting engineering design services. -Outstanding writing and presentation skills -Telecommute position with the ability to travel 60% or more of the time. -Excellent communication skills -Proven track record in the development and closure of sales contracts -Superb persuasion and communication skills -Ability to read and interpret client requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards. -Ability to treat all constituents on a peer-to-peer level. -Solution selling experience. -High energy/strong work ethic/self-starter -Solid understanding of engineering disciplines across a wide range of business -Working with offshore delivery teams experience is preferred.
