Preparation of the project scope, budget, schedule and capital funding documentation.
Coordination throughout the Design/Engineering phase.
Coordination of all construction-related activities throughout the duration of the project including utility outages.
Project financial management including budgeting, change management, invoicing, cash flow forecasts and accruals.
