Lead concierge team, manage front desk, handle calls, admin tasks, and resident support.

Tasks
-Schedules Concierge Team Members to ensure appropriate front desk coverage -Answers and screens all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner -Assists the Business Operations Director and Sales Counselor with special projects -Participates in and attends all in-service training as scheduled -Assigns daily task and ensure completion of tasks -Orders and maintains appropriate office supplies -Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures -Monitors security alarms, resident emergency call system, and front door security -Coordinates maintenance of all office equipment -Assists the Business Operations Director in administrative tasks as assigned -Maintains and updates log of emergency phone numbers and resident emergency face sheets -Ensures appropriate office supplies are on hand -Receives and processes mail for the community

-Strong interpersonal skills and capable of relating to a variety of people and -Experience working with the senior population -Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with -High school diploma preferred -FSA (Commuter/Parking)
