The Role
Overview
Drive crew vehicle, operate equipment, install erosion controls, load/unload materials.

Tasks
-Perform site clean-up and reload leftover materials after the job assignment is complete. -Drive a company vehicle with a 2-3 person crew. -Install silt fencing and erosion control blankets using a variety of hand tools. -Load and unload materials as needed. -Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among crew members. -Work under inclement weather conditions such as rain, heat, and cold. -Remove, fill, compact, and prepare the terrain.

What You Bring
-Ability to understand/follow directions and take instructions in English. -Physically able to walk, bend, squat, and lift to 50 lbs. -Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) is a plus. -Must have prior experience in operating small machineries such as Bobcat and other excavating equipment. -Must have prior work experience as a driver. -Prior experience driving ½ or ¾ ton trucks, with a 20+ foot trailer attached, fully loaded. -Must have a valid drivers' license and three years verifiable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) -Must pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen.
