Tasks

-Performance Management Establish and monitor KPIs, daily reporting, and accountability systems that drive productivity and consistency. -Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Regional Leadership to align canvass performance with overall company goals. -Recruiting & Retention Partner with Apex Recruiting to build a constant pipeline of field marketers and leaders across all markets. -Process Optimization Develop and refine canvassing systems, scripts, training modules, and incentives to ensure Apex leads the industry in efficiency and conversion. -Leadership & Development Build, coach, and mentor a team of Canvass Managers to achieve aggressive lead generation and set targets. -Field Operations Regularly travel to markets to train, motivate, and lead by example in the field.
