HR Systems Generalist

Manage HRIS, benefits, 401(k), compliance, and data integrity using ADP & Kronos.

Tasks

-Document and improve core HRIS processes -Stay current on labor laws and internal policies -Lead HRIS functions during Open Enrollment -Reconcile data between ADP and external providers -Maintain records and manage employee changes -Support internal and external audits -Generate recurring and ad-hoc HR reports -Audit and maintain digital personnel files and I-9s -Maintain and optimize employee records in ADP and Kronos -Participate in the 401(k) committee and manage third-party notices -Prepare audit files and support fiduciary compliance -Automate HRIS functions for efficiency and accuracy -Serve as payroll review backup to ensure accuracy -Ensure COBRA compliance and timely processing -Manage enrollments, changes, and documentation for company-wide benefits -Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve issues

What You Bring

-Knowledge of employment law is a plus -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite -High attention to detail and confidentiality -Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Accounting, Compliance, or related field) -Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP, Kronos preferred) -Strong written communication and organizational skills -3–5 years of progressive HR or Accounting administrative experience
