Tasks

-Facilitate regular coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders. -Create visual presentations and reports for stakeholders as needed. -Prepare GMP pricing and design build budgets as needed -Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to resolve clashes and ensure optimal system integration. -Manage and oversee MEP design coordination using Autodesk tools, including Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. -Conduct clash detection and resolution to optimize MEP layouts. -Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. -Create a detailed scope sheet for MEP systems that outlines project scope, deliverables, and trade responsibilities. -Compile Bid Matrices and confirm complete coordination between trades -Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on MEP and BIM-related issues. -Develop and maintain project schedules for MEP systems. -Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and specifications in all MEP designs. -Prepare and maintain accurate models, drawings, and project documentation.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and other collaboration tools is a plus. -Minimum of 2 years in MEP coordination with a strong focus on BIM. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). -Proven track record of managing MEP systems for large-scale construction projects. -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. -Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. -Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. -Able to travel within the Chicagoland area and occasionally to neighboring states, with most nights spent at home.
