Jobsite Assistant

Overview

Assist with payroll, HR, safety, admin tasks and supply management on a construction jobsite.

Tasks

-Transfer employees to and from the job and assist in updating successfactors program -Track rental equipment and incoming materials. -Managing jobsite postings through iCIMS -Inform field employees of any personnel-related changes i.e. benefits, etc. -Perform electronic daily report & daily crew work plan tracking in Procore -Weekly payroll reporting in Riskcast & E-1/J.D. Edwards Payroll System. Living allowance setup/stop/transfers. -Maintain a clean working environment i.e. make coffee, take out trash, etc. -Order office supplies and assist with pricing & ordering job supplies & rental equipment. -Greet jobsite guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner. -Preform random drug testing when necessary. -Assist with processing invoices in OnBase. -Type, send, and file superintendent correspondence. -Process new applicants hiring paperwork including e-verify & drug testing -Set up and maintain electronic job files. -Maintain state required postings, signage and job bulletin board. -Collect and distribute mail. -Maintain all Safety & Drug Program requirements, including reporting accidents, maintain first aid kit

What You Bring
