Tasks

-Facilitate critical stakeholder meetings while providing on-site project leadership and applying financial acumen -Collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, project teams, and IT teams to gather requirements and meet client goals -Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed -Oversee the team's project pipeline and ensure proper risk mitigation and guidance for successful delivery -Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and retail project management best practices -Provide training and support to your team of project managers while monitoring and reporting on project performance -Lead a team of project managers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring successful execution of retail projects -Continuously improve the retail platform by identifying enhancements, evaluating new technologies, and implementing best practices

What You Bring

-Understanding of project phases from initiation through project closeout -Experience managing a team -Knowledge of retail construction protocols and regulations -Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field -Experience in financial institution or banking sector projects -7+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management within the financial services industry -Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels -Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment -Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations -Retail construction project management experience -Leadership experience in cross-functional corporate real estate teams -Proficient in project management technology tools -Proficient in software development methodologies and technologies -Understanding of technology applications in real estate and construction industries
