Tasks

-Vendor Collaboration: Engage with external partners to procure, negotiate, and manage equipment and service contracts. -Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases to foster team learning and operational excellence. -Modernization Planning: Develop and execute equipment refresh strategies that align with evolving business needs and emerging technologies. -Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with network engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and support. -Process Optimization: Continuously improve lifecycle workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support automation initiatives. -End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of network equipment and ISP services, ensuring optimal performance and timely refreshes.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and vendor management practices. -3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering with a focus on lifecycle management. -Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VPN) and monitoring tools. -A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. -Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
