Tasks

-Tracking and monitoring third party approvals, consents, and permits and providing regular management reporting. -Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of GTAA staff. -Working collaboratively with the Program Director and Program Leads to coordinate schedule requirements with respect to third party approvals, consents, and permits. -Provide subject matter expertise with respect to the expedition of third-party approvals, consents, and permits. -Identification and coordination of the requirements for third party approvals, consents, and permits. -Working collaboratively with the contractor to manage third party stakeholder relationships with respect to third party approvals, consents, and permits.

What You Bring

-Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/projects. -Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability to facilitate meeting / workshops with large groups of stakeholders. -Minimum 5 years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs. -University Degree with 4 +years of professional experience in logistics, including in a logistics-related leadership role. -Thorough working knowledge of general and local requirements with respect to 3rd party approvals, permits, and consents. -Typically, a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a program management and / or permitting, consents, and approvals function. -Demonstrable experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships and providing strategic level reporting to enable effective decision making. -Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset.
