FM Technical Asset Officer

Overview

Manage M&E asset data, ensure technical accuracy, support FM teams on a 12‑month contract.

Tasks

You will be working within the centre of the Account, developing relationships with a series of key stakeholders -Manage the Asset and Maintenance Master Blueprint Templates, used for Asset collection and verifications through survey and PPM Planner documents -Ensure all data complies with legal and statutory regulations and building engineering standards, adhering to and monitoring data entry procedures. -Undertaking full Asset and PPM management by developing and managing a schedule of maintenance activities for physical assets (their selection, maintenance, inspection and renewal) playing a key role in determining the operational performance and profitability. -Collaborate with the FMS team to generate locational master data for Properties, Buildings, Floors, and Spaces, ensuring accurate mapping to Assets, Building Systems, and Job Plans while maintaining all ISS coding and naming conventions and standards. -Support all Asset Data Management activities as and when agreed by the Technical team. -Support the Operational and Technical Teams in ensuring that all core asset and contract data is accurately captured and reviewed to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with the contract deliverables -Manage data exports and imports for Asset data, Maintenance Job Plans, Planned Maintenance Schedules, SFG20 and Non-SFG Procedures, Procedure Step Task Instructions, and planned and remedial work tasks.
