Tasks

-As a member of the EHS team you will play a crucial role helping to ensure that all pharmaceutical manufacturing operations comply with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety and environmental protection. -Support site investigations, identifying root cause and measures to prevent recurrence, risk management and action plans to mitigate risk -Continuously implement strict adherence to safe working practices -Assist the EHS team in the development of job hazard analysis and safe working methods for the operation of the existing and new facility -Sit in on meetings for HAZOP’s and Design Safety Reviews. -Support the team in liaising with the appointed design engineers on behalf of the client to facilitate planned works that impact the site -Assist with the development, documentation and implementation of safe systems of work for manufacturing and maintenance operations. -Provide EHS support representation on behalf of the client during manufacturing fill finish existing plant and new expansion -Assist the EHS team in providing support to internal teams where required, including day to day operations. -Support the EHS team with contractor/vendor management, project schedule management and schedule development -Assist safety audits and to improve the site safety management systems -Assist the EHS team in supporting and giving input into design safety and machine safety requirements for expansion and associated filling line equipment, including isolators and equipment with moving parts -Assist the EHS team in completion of walkdowns at handover stage -Support the EHS team in the EHS management and execution of projects throughout project life cycle from initiation to closeout -Work with cross functional teams in a highly automated GMP production environment

What You Bring

(Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, EHS, EHSS, H&S, GMP) -Degree in a relevant science/engineering discipline- Level 8 desirable -Good understanding of the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices -Minimum of 4 to 6 years’ relevant EHS experience in a GMP production environment -Excellent communication / organisation skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation -Good computer MS Office skills (PP, Word, Excel, etc.)
