Tasks

-Lead field crews and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity across mechanical scopes -Maintain accurate daily reports and timekeeping records; track materials, labor, and equipment usage -Collaborate with project management, engineering, and other superintendents to resolve field issues and align construction priorities -Maintain strict safety standards in compliance with OSHA, client, and company protocols; lead jobsite safety meetings and audits -Supervise and manage all mechanical field operations, including piping, equipment installation, rigging, welding, and associated systems -Execute daily work plans and schedules aligned with production targets and job sequencing requirements -Monitor work progress and ensure that all installations meet project specifications, quality requirements, and industry codes -Participate in constructability reviews, pre-construction meetings, and project closeout processes

What You Bring

-Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, isometrics, and technical documentation -Willingness to travel and work on-site during active construction phases, preferred -Proficiency in field management tools (e.g., reporting software, layout systems), preferred -7+ years of mechanical field experience with at least 3 years in a superintendent or lead supervisory role -Experience in the petrochemical, refining, heavy industrial, commercial, or data center sectors, preferred -Strong communication and team leadership skills -Proven knowledge of piping systems, mechanical installations, welding procedures, and heavy equipment setting in industrial environments -Your choice of PPO, HSA, FSA
