Tasks

As the Director of Corporate Finance, you will support the c-suite closely, and lead on the overall strategy for corporate finance. Leading a small team of finance professionals overseeing the internal corporate strategy, and long term outlook for the business. -Manage the financial reporting, tracking, and budgets for all group entities. -Oversee the creation of complex financial models critical to forecasting and long terms operations. -Oversee all compliance for the business including tax reporting, bank relations and overall accounting. -Lead a team of analysts cultivating their development and natural growth within the team.

What You Bring

-Experience within renewable energy is preferred, but a deep understanding of real estate is necessary. -10+ years working within corporate finance, with a track record of overseeing large financial budgets and models. -Ideally managed a team of financial analysts / accounts previously.
