Tasks

-Support multiple concurrent projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards. -Create and update 2D drawings, diagrams and schematics using AutoCAD LT. -Interpret redlines and translate engineering input into accurate design drawing outputs. -Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and shop personnel to ensure drawing accuracy and manufacturability. -Generate complete drawing packages and BOMs for production release. -Review the final as-built vehicle to verify the accuracy of design and diagrams, and update and document as needed.

-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across departments. -Ability to work under vehicles and in a manufacturing setting when needed. -Approx. 30% on the manufacturing floor or under vehicles, supporting hands-on validation and clarification. -Adobe Acrobat -Strong understanding of engineering drawings, symbols, and standards. -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) -Proficient in 2D drafting with AutoCAD LT. -Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently. -Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in CAD Drafting, CAD Technology, or equivalent technical fieldwork experience. -AutoCAD LT -Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. -3+ years of professional experience drafting using AutoCAD / AutoCAD LT. -Approx. 70% of the time in an office setting, using CAD software and documentation tools.
