Tasks

-Maintain live operational status of all Alpha and Beta robots, including known issues, usage limits, and repair status -Partner with product and executive teams to support internal demos, customer pilots, and investor showcases -Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics -Ensure high-integrity record keeping for issues, interventions, and lifecycle events -Track configuration, software updates, hardware revisions, and test coverage per unit -Develop and maintain clear scheduling and prioritisation workflows for high-value use of limited fleet assets -Regular fleet review cadences with engineering, data, and product teams -Proactively drive recovery and repair efforts to maximise fleet uptime -Define service-level targets and lead prioritisation of actions to restore non-functional units -Build and manage the operational infrastructure for internal fleet management: -Work closely with engineering leads to understand testing requirements, upgrade windows, root-cause analysis, and hardware/software dependencies -Act as the single point of truth for allocation conflicts, swaps, and approvals -Tracking tools, dashboards, allocation boards, and utilisation logs -Collaborate with AI and data teams to plan robot time for data collection workflows -Interface with repair, diagnostics, and service engineering to manage issue triage and root cause cycles
