The Role

Overview

Prepare accurate cost estimates for fit‑out projects and liaise with suppliers/clients.

Tasks

-Attending site visits as required to assess progress and maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations. -Liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure all pricing and project information aligns with commercial and technical requirements. -Producing comprehensive cost, value, and reconciliation reports for each project. -Collaborating with internal teams including Management, Design, Sales, and Finance to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process. -Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, and associated project works within set deadlines.

What You Bring

Are you an Estimator open to new opportunities?
