Overview

Tasks

-Assist and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality, timely project deliverables. -Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of AV systems, including schematic drawings, modelling, and technical analysis. -Prepare technical specifications, proposals, reports, and client presentations with accuracy and professionalism. -Participate actively in business development activities, including bid proposals and commercial reviews. -Collaborate with design teams and engage with clients to develop strong relationships and secure new projects.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to undertake high-level technical assessments -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting both formally and informally. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, EASE, and other relevant software tools for AV design and modelling. -A recognized tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline, with 5+ years’ experience in AV consulting or system design. -A structured, creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage priorities under pressure and maintain a customer-focused mindset.
