Tasks

Arrange site visits for company team members. Check size, location, condition, access, and surroundings of the site. Share clear and correct site information with leasing/management team. Visit locations to find suitable shops, offices, commercial buildings, and warehouses. Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and property owners. Take measurements and note important details. Collect and verify ownership papers and local approvals (if needed). Prepare weekly and monthly update reports. The Surveyor will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and validating properties for leasing across retail, corporate office, commercial, and warehouse segments. The role involves market analysis, site measurements, documentation, vendor/landlord coordination, and supporting negotiations to ensure the company secures optimal locations aligned with operational and business requirements. Prepare survey reports and site measurement drawings (if required). Maintain organized files and documentation. Keep updated records of all surveyed sites. Compare different properties based on rent, size, and suitability.
