Tasks
-Manage the bid submission process, ensuring deadlines and compliance are met -Review past submissions to capture lessons learned and improve future bid quality -Write, coordinate, and edit high-quality proposal documents tailored to client requirements -Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical content and develop bespoke solutions -Maintain high standards in document quality, formatting, and alignment with bid protocols -Participate in storyboarding and strategic theme development for tender responses -Develop and maintain best practice materials, templates, and marketing content

What You Bring
-Degree qualified – preferably in a subject with a high focus on creating high quality written work -Proven track record in the sector or similar role, preferably with a main contractor -Willingness and ability to travel throughout the UK -Familiarity with Microsoft suite, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other desktop publishing software packages -Adaptability and drive to progress the role into other areas including Business Development as and when necessary. -Industry specific knowledge of Bid Writing within the Construction market -Have previous experience in either a consultancy, Facilities Management or construction business
