Tasks

-Review and audit BIM models for compliance, accuracy, and quality assurance. -Provide BIM training, mentoring, and support to internal and external stakeholders. -Develop, implement, and maintain the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with client and WSP standards. -Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and project-specific BIM protocols. -Support tender and procurement processes through BIM data extraction and design visualization. -Lead the BIM management and coordination process for a high-rise development project within the PMC scope. -Manage model coordination and clash detection reviews using Navisworks or equivalent tools. -Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure consistent BIM delivery. -Oversee the integration of BIM with project schedules (4D), cost management (5D), and facility management data (6D). -Collaborate with the design manager and project controls teams to enhance digital project delivery.

What You Bring

-Strong command of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and BIM 360 / ACC platforms. -Minimum 10+ years of experience in BIM management, with at least 3–5 years on large-scale high-rise projects. -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, or MEP Engineering, or a related field. -Ability to manage multiple interfaces and drive collaboration between design and construction teams. -Proven experience in a PMC or consultancy environment in the Middle East. -Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills. -In-depth understanding of ISO 19650 and digital project delivery standards.
