  • Proficiency in CAD/BIM software, Autodesk Revit, and AutoCAD is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the consulting industry, with a strong background in engineering and design.
  • An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting and Design is preferred.
