Tasks

-Ensure installation and operations are in adherence to Gemma standards and customer requirements. -Review engineered specifications and drawings. -Coordinate project schedules and engineering teams to execute work at site in a timely manner. -Evaluate base designs and specifications, providing technical support to engineering inquiries through all phases in process improvement as per Owner requirements. -Drive technical due diligence from project development, implementations, and commissioning phases. -Provide engineering support in the development of preliminary designs and technical proposals.

What You Bring

-Project Management Professional (PMP) or Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred. -Familiarity with AutoCAD or Smart Plant Electrical. -Strong experience in preparing project schedules, technical review of specs and designs, technical and financial analysis or project utilities, and risk analysis. -5+ years of related experience. -4-year degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering. -Well-organized and able to participate in projects & meet deadlines. -Strong prioritization & organizational skills. -Rational decision-making & problem-solving abilities. -Understanding of generation and power factor correction. -Proficient in at least one of the widely used control system platforms, including current and legacy Rockwell systems, Siemens and Schneider, is a plus. -Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. -Experience with eTAP or SKM for performing short-circuit, coordination, and flash hazard studies. -15% domestic travel required. -Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal & written. -Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards (NEC, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA, IEEE, & OSHA). -Working knowledge of system and equipment grounding requirements (high resistance, building, and isolated grounding). -Team player with good interpersonal & customer relation skills.
