-Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) -Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field -Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations -Knowledge of the oil and gas industry -PMP or equivalent certification -Clear and confident communication -Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments -Attention to detail with technical proficiency -Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello -3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in an engineering environment -Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills -Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
