The Role
Overview
Manage property-related credit control, pursuing overdue debts and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
Actively pursue overdue debt, rents, service charge, insurance, utilities, plus any other billed sums by telephone and email in relation to commercial property. Follow correct procedures and guidelines Liaise with property and asset managers to resolve any queries Attend weekly debt meetings with Manager Managing a portfolio of accounts Raising customer invoices and taking any card payments Monitoring customer accounts Liaising with Solicitors, Enforcement Agents and liquidators

What You Bring
Strong communication skills and be able to work to strict deadlines The ability to work well as part of a team Please note this role is Office based and the right candidate will be able to commute to Chorley. Have a minimum of 2 years credit control experience within the property sector. FI Real Estate Management is an asset and property management company with over 30 years’ experience in the UK and European real estate markets. Our Property Support team are excited to be recruiting for a Credit Controller to join their team in a full time, permanent basis. The right candidate will have excellent numeracy and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise. Excellent Excel skills and general MS Office knowledge
