Build and maintain strong relationships across business units and IT functions.
Ensure ERP architecture aligns with enterprise-wide goals, data governance, and security standards.

Develop and maintain architecture standards, principles, and governance frameworks.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, business owners, and delivery teams.

8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 3 ERP-related projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Communicate complex architectural concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner.
Familiarity with EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and tools.
Comfortable navigating complex organizational dynamics and influencing at all levels.
Deep knowledge of ERP systems, SaaS, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
