Tasks

-Implement and maintain the project QA/QC and safety programs. -Supervise field staff, manage trade sequencing, and ensure efficient project execution. -Oversee punch list completion, final inspections, and permit close-out. -Promote and enforce safety standards in compliance with OSHA and company policies. -Review drawings, specifications, and constructability issues. -Verify as-built accuracy and coordinate system commissioning and owner training. -Collaborate on labor planning, general conditions, and subcontractor scope reviews. -Oversee RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. -Develop and manage detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans. -Conduct inspections and manage pre-punch list completion. -Conduct site assessments and develop logistics and milestone schedules.
