Tasks

-Ensure documentation is well-organized, version-controlled, and easily accessible to stakeholders. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and review process documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. -Develop SOPs, work instructions, and procedural documentation that align with organizational standards and best practices. -Facilitate updates and revisions to documentation as processes evolve over time. -Synthesize complex information into clear, concise documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and supporting documentation. -Create and maintain detailed process flow diagrams using tools such as Miro or Visio. -Shadow teams during operations to observe and understand work processes, workflows, dependencies, and bottlenecks. -Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders, SMEs, and process owners to gather detailed information on existing workflows and processes.

What You Bring

-Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail -Experience compiling and analyzing metrics to identify trends and efficiencies -Proficiency in process mapping and documentation frameworks -Working towards a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field -Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2024 and May 2025. Current Junior graduating from a 4-year college or University within 2 years (preferred). -Experience in planning and managing projects -Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
