Tasks

-Lead with strategy: Build detailed product roadmaps, pricing models, and positioning plans that fuel business growth. -Launch with impact: Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams. -Own the numbers: Manage the full P&L for your product line — drive profitability and align with the company’s broader goals. -Stay ahead: Monitor HVAC market trends, evolving technologies, and regulations to continuously refine strategy. -Define success: Translate strategy into detailed product definitions, prioritized initiatives, and high-impact outcomes. -Be the customer voice: Travel to job sites, engage at industry events, and meet directly with end users to gather insights and drive innovation. -Deliver results: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market quickly and efficiently. -Be the face of the product: Promote new offerings through webinars, training sessions, and industry events. -Champion your product: Become the go-to expert and internal advocate for the fan and blower coil portfolio.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. -Experience managing portfolios within a House of Brands environment -Strategic mindset with the ability to build compelling product and marketing plans and execute them flawlessly. -Strong analytical skills — you use market research and data to guide every decision. -Proven track record managing full product lifecycles, from concept through sunset, with strong financial oversight. -Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet customers and attend industry events. -MBA or advanced business/technical degree -Confident communicator, able to lead product training sessions and clearly define positioning. -Deep understanding of product cost structures and market-based pricing -3–5 years of focused product management experience -At least 5 years of hands-on experience with fan coil units, air distribution, or similar HVAC technologies — especially with mechanical assemblies or electronic controls.
