-Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams through change. -Tertiary qualifications in engineering, business, commerce or equivalent experience. -Operational insight into how large programs are delivered, with the ability to balance technical, commercial and delivery drivers. -Extensive experience in contract and commercial management in large, complex environments, ideally utilities or infrastructure. -Strong negotiation and influencing skills — confident in driving value and managing challenging discussions with respect and professionalism. -Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
