Electronic Security Integration Technician - i2G

Overview

Manage and install electronic security solutions on-site for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Direct subcontractor, internal resource communications. -Perform all work in a manner consistent with policies, procedures, and standards. -Complete the final Test and Acceptance of security systems. -Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors. -Troubleshoot and maintain new and existing control systems for customers. -Coordinate project activities with appropriate parties internally and externally. -Document and communicate necessary project changes and subsequently implement the changes. -Perform installation and training as required on implemented control systems. -Follow and track project scheduling. -Read and understand written specifications, drawings and controlling documents. Maintain current and accurate documentation of systems.

-Thorough understanding of electronic security systems, their individual parts, and the onsite labor necessary to complete an installation. -Ability to effectively work independently and in a team atmosphere. -Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. -Customer focus and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. -Skills/experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. -Proficient verbal and written communications skills. -Physical/Electronic Security Experience 5-7 Years -Working knowledge of general access control systems. Lenel and Genetec knowledge is preferred. -Ability to be creative and resourceful in obtaining solutions to uncommon applications. -Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail.
