Tasks

-Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed -Contribute to user training and documentation efforts -Collaborate with internal teams to improve system processes and user experience -Help create and maintain reports, dashboards and maps to support decision-making -Conduct data quality reviews and assist with data cleanup and validation -Provide technical and functional support, assist with process development and contribute to reporting and data integrity efforts -Provide day-to-day support for asset and maintenance management systems, including troubleshooting and user assistance -Champion Diversity & Inclusion -Assist in the development and testing of new system features, workflows and updates -Support GIS data integration and spatial analysis efforts

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office -Have good to great organizational skills -Exposure to engineering, maintenance, operations, financial and compliance processes in a capital-intensive organization -Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data -Familiarity with Geographic Information System (GIS) tools and enterprise systems -Advanced degree(s) -Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks -Proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Excel -2+ years of relevant experience in system support, in asset management or financial systems -Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms -Experience in the transportation industry including design, construction and operations
