Licensed Architect in the United States required
Previous experience leading and mentoring architectural/technical teams.

BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Expertise with contractual document requirements, industry standards, and experience related to risk and standards of care.
Recent relevant experience as a Senior level Project Architect/Technical Architect
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements including building codes, construction types, accessibility, and Life Safety.
Experience in software platforms including Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Adobe, and/or similar.
Experience in working with project delivery including CM or CMAR.
Expertise in building envelope systems, engineering, and detailing.
Experience and skill in both traditional DBB as well as D+B or progressive D+B delivery methods.
Expertise in conducting quality control project reviews and refinements.
Experience managing + evaluating design to budget, and leading value engineering efforts, permitting process and reviews, and projects from design development through construction and handover.
Demonstrated experience in solving complex design intent, and rationalizing constructability approach to solve design challenges.
Experience using Revit preferred.
