The Role
Overview
Lead project delivery and profit for key customer sites across the UK
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Prepare annual business plans and budgets with the Head of Operations. -Lead and direct all project activities, ensuring governance across principles, processes, and compliance standards. -Provide leadership and development for site-based teams, ensuring the right skills and competencies to meet contract scope. -Manage subcontractors and supply chain partners, ensuring adherence to EMCOR procurement processes. -Maintain accurate contract administration and reporting, including monthly updates for the Project Director and client. -Build strong client relationships using Key Account Management principles to optimize commercial outcomes. -Promote EMCOR’s brand and values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and positive employee relations. -Lead a team of Extra Works Managers in delivering projects between £30k and £1.5m across the customer contracts UK portfolio -Conduct monthly reviews covering financial performance, progress, quality, health & safety, and stakeholder relationships. -Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CDM 2015, Building Regulations, British Standards, RIBA stages) and EMCOR policies. -Own the account P&L and drive profitab ility through effective project leadership.

What You Bring
-An obvious empathy with customers and clients, an ability to quickly grasp their needs and an ability to galvanise resources to satisfy clients demands -Must hold a valid UK driving licence -Previous experience working within the commercial Facilities Management sector is desired -Extensive experience within a similar management role -Strong commercial acumen -An ability to identify and drive through ‘win-win’ solutions when even under considerable or sustained pressure -Relevant Project Management / Construction Qualifications -A natural leader with obvious gravitas and charisma to stand out amongst others and the ability to bring the best out of people· -An ability to quickly grasp changing needs and the talent to translate these into operational reality
