Tasks

-Provide admin support including record keeping, handovers, and referrals. -Make meaningful impact - walk alongside women as they rebuild their lives -Professional growth - participate in reflective supervision, team learning, and ongoing development -Deliver client support, from crisis response to independent living skill-building. -Assist with daily household tasks, meal preparation, and housekeeping. -Contribute to a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all clients.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure. -Willingness to complete training in Mental Health First Aid, Child Safe Environments, and Food Safety. -Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, non-judgemental approach. -Experience working with women experiencing disadvantage, trauma, or mental health challenges. -Career experience - develop advanced case management, trauma-informed and community housing skills
