Overview

Manage end-to-end procurement for mobility projects, optimizing costs and ensuring compliance.

Tasks

-Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve supply-related issues to ensure smooth project delivery. -Leverage volume bundling, contracts, and competitive bidding to optimize costs. -Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve savings and cost avoidance. -Ensure adherence to company guidelines, compliance rules, and sustainability targets. -Support total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis for sourcing decisions. -Ensure on-time delivery of materials/services to avoid project delays. -Process Excellence & Compliance Drive process improvements, automation, and digital tools (e.g., One SRM, SAP) for efficiency. -Support supplier qualification, audits, and sustainability requirements. -Support documentation and reporting for audits, indicators, and project reviews. -Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and operations to align sourcing strategies with project timelines. -Ensure procurement activities align with organizational policies, contractual terms, and legal guidelines. -Handle Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to Purchase Orders (POs) for mobility projects. -Monitor and track supplier performance (OTD, quality, responsiveness). -Source goods and services aligned with approved vendor lists (AVL) and project requirements. -Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers in alignment with project needs.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Strong knowledge of project procurement processes, commercial terms, and vendor management. -Proficiency in SAP / e-sourcing tools. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering / supply chain / business administration or equivalent. -Strategic and tactical sourcing attitude -Standout colleague with collaboration skills -Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer leadership skills. -3–7 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, preferably in Mobility, Infrastructure, or EPC projects. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with multiple customers.
