  • Collaborate with the construction management team to plan and execute installation projects efficiently.
  • Utilize hand tools effectively for various installation tasks, including caulking.
  • Restore and maintain existing installations as needed, providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Provide input on construction estimating for upcoming projects based on site assessments.
  • Assist with additional handyman tasks, including painting and minor repairs, and miscellaneous installations as part of make-ready services.
