Tasks

-Carry out regular site monitoring -Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures. Conduct risk assessments and method statements -Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team. -Efficiently plan engineer workloads including the allocation of repair works. -Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints

-Relevant management qualifications would be desirable -Qualified to a minimum NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering -Previous experience working within the lift industry or similar service industry with transferable skills is essential
