Tasks

-Review and approve estate accounts. -Draft, collate and summarise any supporting legal and financial documentation. -Develop and maintain client relationships. -Conduct research where necessary on relevant laws, regulations and legal articles to ensure the accuracy of advice and the procedure. -Manage an independent case load. -Deal with routine and difficult enquiries effectively and efficiently and ensure that any client complaints are dealt with both professionally and promptly. -To work collaboratively as part of a team assisting and mentorship of paralegals. -Utilise and maintain case management system.

My client, a successful estate planning team of Legal experts are looking for a Probate Case Manager to join an expanding team. We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of probate casework experience. -Corresponding with solicitors, courts, LR, OPG and other 3rd party companies as appropriate to each case. -Confident drafting legal documents, statements and decision making. -Probate Fee Earner with at least 4 years PQE in probate and estate administration, should be confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions. -Conveyancing experience, sales of properties, management of the client's estate. -Minimum of 4+ years of running a probate caseload.
