The Role
Overview
Graduate role rotating across commercial real estate services to complete RICS APC.

Tasks
-Professional Work: You will support inspections, research and clear reports that meet RICS/Colliers standards. You will be expected to log competencies and progress your APC with guidance from your APC counsellor. -Quarterly HQ mixers -Client Contact: You will be a key point of contact, keeping clients and client coordinators updated. You should expect calls, meetings and occasional site visits as relationships grow.

What You Bring
-GCSEs English and Maths at grade 4 / C or above (or equivalent). -Right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme beginning September 2026. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. -Prioritisation and time management skills to successfully balance competing priorities and ensure work is completed in a timely manner. -Degree 2:2 or above. If your undergraduate degree is not RICS accredited, you will need to complete a MSc alongside the graduate programme. -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. -Clear written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and an analytical mindset with sound numeracy.
