Tasks
-Track financial benefits and ensure spend with third-party consultants delivers best value. -Travel across WPS sites and offices to engage with teams and ensure project alignment. -Provide detailed commercial and cost-benefit analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and P&L impact. -Work on high-value projects that shape the future of our commercial operations. -Lead multiple strategic and functional projects from scope to delivery. -Report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership. -Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure buy-in and successful implementation.

What You Bring
-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. -Strong commercial acumen and project management skills. -Travel required across WPS sites. -Comfortable working independently and managing cross-functional teams. -Background in Quantity Surveying or similar, ideally at a senior level. -Experience in housing maintenance or construction.
