Tasks

-Preparation of project proposals -Conduct department meetings and attend project meetings -Maintaining knowledge of project scope, schedule, budget, and group workload -Overseeing status of equipment / supplies/ company vehicles -Oversite of project & personnel schedules -Conducting final survey QA/QC functions -Assess training needs and conduct / coordinate needed technical training -Assess staff capabilities, lead staff hiring, and staff management

What You Bring

-Licensed Professional Land Surveyor -Bachelor's degree in surveying and Mapping or Geomatics, or related field -Extensive knowledge and experience using GDOT Survey Procedures and OpenRoads Processing Guidelines -Experience managing field crews and production -Proficient in the use of total stations, robotic equipment, GPS, and levels -15+ or more years relevant experience
