Tasks

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic business oriented legal advice -Resolve disputes with builders and New Homes consumers. -Provide B2B and B2C contract support for Qcells New Homes. -Provide general legal support to New Homes business. -Create legal and commercial forms and processes and educate the business on important legal and commercial matters -Negotiate, draft and review various commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, partners and other third-party agreements

What You Bring

-In-house experience, preferably with broad range of responsibilities -Strong background in commercial contracts and corporate and strategic transaction -JD from a top law school preferred -6+ years’ experience -Membership in at least one state bar -Top law firm training preferred -Experience working for a direct-to-homeowner solar sales and financing business or other clean energy or global technology company is a plus
